Climazero is a Chilean company specializing in industrial HVAC. Its organizational structure is divided into two main departments: Operations and Projects. The Operations area is made up of a team of supervisors who manage high-profile accounts, including clients such as Metro de Santiago, Banco Estado, Walmart, Molders de Santiago, Falabella, Tottus, and Cencosud.
Supervisors are assigned to specific accounts and operate in Santiago, the 5th Region, and other regions of the country depending on emerging activities. Supervisors had to collect information from technicians in a fragmented manner, store it in local folders, and process it one by one to generate final reports. After implementing OfficeTrack
The implementation of OfficeTrack represented a radical change in the way Climazero operated. Thanks to this tool, the flow of information between field technicians, supervisors, and other areas of the company involved in the process was fully digitalized.
Technicians can now upload data and photographs in real time from the field, completing digital forms that reach supervisors immediately. Gustavo Leiva explains that today the entire team is online: they can monitor tasks in real time, verify whether requirements (such as photographic records) have been met, and ensure service quality.
The tool not only eliminated paper, but also drastically reduced the time required to produce and send reports: what used to take days is now done with a single click. This speed made it easier to meet client deadlines, which were often up to 10 days at the beginning of each month for dozens of reports.
In addition, OfficeTrack enabled the standardization of report formats. For clients such as Banco Estado and Walmart, specific formats were created that improved the presentation and clarity of the information, strengthening the business relationship and enhancing the perception of Climazero’s professional image.
Task management was also optimized: supervisors assign activities from the web platform, and technicians complete the required information in the field, including diagnostics, results, and photographic evidence. This information automatically flows to supervisors and the central system, improving coordination and reducing reliance on manual processes.
