What are your main responsibilities:  

  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive cold calling, networking, and lead generation strategies.

Proactive Technical Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in customer relationship management, possess strong analytical skills for issue resolution, and be proficient in troubleshooting software. With keen attention to contract management and market opportunities, you’ll serve as the primary contact for customers, coordinating responses and contributing to strategic decisions. 

 

What are your main responsibilities:  

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. 
  • Identify and escalate any out-of-scope requests. 
  • Troubleshoot software and configuration issues. 
  • Assist with customer training and issue resolution. 
  • Coordinate responses to technical questions, involving relevant departments. 
  • Own, coordinate, and document all customer issues systematically. 
  • Support the sales team in discovering new opportunities within our existing customer base. 

 

What you’ll need:  

  • Fluent English level 
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Service Support or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in a professional environment 
  • Experience with Jira and Jira Service Management, as well as Oracle database access and SQL Plus®, PL/SQL Developer, or TOAD. 
  • Skilled in debugging and troubleshooting product issues by collaborating with internal teams. 
  • Preferred experience in customer-facing roles

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Presales Engineer to act as the bridge between the commercial team, the customer and the technical areas. You will be responsible for designing customized technical solutions, performing demonstrations and ensuring that customer needs are transformed into concrete value propositions. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in pre-sales of SaaS solutions, excellent communication and a problem-solving mindset.

What are your main responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze customer needs to design customized technical solutions based on OfficeTrack.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers and prospects.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities and prepare technical proposals.
  • Collaborate in proof-of-concepts (PoC) and pilots, ensuring the correct implementation of solutions.
  • Participate in technical meetings with customers and partners, facilitating communication between the different teams.
  • Develop technical documents, estimate project effort and provide support in the tendering process.
  • Keep updated on new OfficeTrack features and releases.
  • Reading and understanding the client’s operation as a basis for implementation in the tool.

What you’ll need:

  • Advanced level of English.
  • 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering or technical consulting roles.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions, WFM (Workforce Management) and mobile applications.
  • Knowledge in systems integration, APIs and Web Services.
  • Ability to work with tools such as Jira, SQL and cloud platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Previous experience working with clients in sectors such as mining, energy or telecommunications is a plus.
  • University degree in Engineering, Systems or related field (or equivalent experience).

Content Management and Creation:

Collaboration and Support:

What you’ll need:  

– Previous experience with data analytics and tools such as Google Analytics, CRM, WordPress.

– Writing and storytelling skills to create compelling content.

– Ability to collaborate with sales teams and understand their needs.
