About the Job:

We are looking for a high-performing sales executive who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting relationships. With your extensive network of potential clients, knowledge, and understanding of technology industry trends, you’ll communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and build amazingly successful partnerships. 

 

What are your main responsibilities:  

  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive cold calling, networking, and lead generation strategies. 
  • Communicate company promotions, programs, and pricing within assigned geographic regions. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product Development, and Marketing teams to address client needs promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, informing sales strategies and messaging. 
  • Qualify and manage sales leads using CRM software, maintaining accurate records of all sales interactions and activities to track progress and measure performance metrics. 

 

What you’ll need:  

  • Fluent English level 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • 2+ years of full-time experience in B2B consultative selling – SaaS preferred  
  • Proven track record.  
  • Demonstrated determination to successfully close deals.  
  • High level of excitement and curiosity about technology.  
  • Clear understanding of modern custom software development and trends.  
  • Exceptional negotiating and objection-handling skills.  
  • Obsession with tracking and improving performance numbers.

ARGENTINA – COLOMBIA – MEXICO – PERÚ 

Whom we are looking for: 

Proactive Technical Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in customer relationship management, possess strong analytical skills for issue resolution, and be proficient in troubleshooting software. With keen attention to contract management and market opportunities, you’ll serve as the primary contact for customers, coordinating responses and contributing to strategic decisions. 

 

What are your main responsibilities:  

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. 
  • Identify and escalate any out-of-scope requests. 
  • Troubleshoot software and configuration issues. 
  • Assist with customer training and issue resolution. 
  • Coordinate responses to technical questions, involving relevant departments. 
  • Own, coordinate, and document all customer issues systematically. 
  • Support the sales team in discovering new opportunities within our existing customer base. 

 

What you’ll need:  

  • Fluent English level 
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Service Support or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in a professional environment 
  • Experience with Jira and Jira Service Management, as well as Oracle database access and SQL Plus®, PL/SQL Developer, or TOAD. 
  • Skilled in debugging and troubleshooting product issues by collaborating with internal teams. 
  • Preferred experience in customer-facing roles 
  • Good business sense and understanding of contracts.
