The field workers of Profesionales Asociados sent their reports through the WhatsApp mobile application, both text and photos of their progress and sales. All the detail of the attention was only through Whatsapp, which was received by the supervisors who were in charge of reviewing and validating it. Additionally, in their daily inspections of the security personnel, they would write down on paper the faults they could find in the operation to later generate an excel report. All this meant a problem in delivery times, since the supervisors used to take a long time to review it and issue the report, and valuable information for the company could be lost.
OfficeTrack was implemented as part of the work process for the registration and follow-up of the progress of scheduled maintenance and incidents, work follow-up, installations, material requests, construction, etc. The solution contemplated the automatic generation of customized and consolidated reports and their export.
Now with OfficeTrack, the head office of Profesionales Asociados can control the work performed by employees in the field since it has real-time information. Their workflow has changed by using OfficeTrack. They now receive automatic emails for the generation of each report or material request they make. In addition, an Integration is being initiated, which will allow them to keep their system updated as well as facilitate the scheduling of their internal reports.
The deployment of OfficeTrack allowed them to improve the quality of the reports obtained in the field, saving considerably the time in the work after the registration of the data in the field, both for the field technician and for their area manager, allowing them to quickly review the status of the executed and pending jobs.
