Now, with the application, the time it takes is no more than three days. Before, we used to work with a simpler report, which was a lot of work and took a long time to get to our customers. Now, with a few clicks, the report is ready with photos and comments from the engineers, and we can compare the expected progress with what has been achieved,” says Bertram Shayer.

With OfficeTrack, Tekton has also automated instructions for engineers, highlighting specific activities according to the phase of the work. If we are at the beginning of the work, it is essential to think about the location and boundaries with neighboring plots. Then, the app will draw attention to the foundations, with a checklist of the works related to this phase.
Next come the masonry, finishes and installations. With this automation, our engineers achieve a high degree of efficiency in each visit. The manager also draws attention to another important aspect that OfficeTrack monitors and manages: project updates.

We have provisional handovers and definitive handovers. The provisional handover
takes place when the shop opens and we have a list of items to check. These are finishing details, such as tiles and floors, and we have to check each item in detail. The application helps us not to forget anything. The final delivery of the 60 days after the store opens, when any small defects that may have escaped inspection during the provisional handover will have been corrected.
