Business Challenge


Coorserpark needed a software solution to optimize the commercial process of its employees in the street, in order to improve control and increase market penetration day by day and thus achieve permanent leadership in the sales of Employee Benefit Plans. Software tool that would allow them to make immediate decisions according to the operation and daily results.


Implementing Officetrack

Coorserpark decided to implement Officetrack as its control software for field collaborators due to the ease of management, configuration and administration. Thanks to the use of Officetrack, Coorserpark has absolute control of the entire operation, knows the results in real time and makes the pertinent decisions in case of any failure. In other words, with Officetrack it is able to optimize the commercial process and increase market penetration on a daily basis.
This means that each employee of the commercial force is registered in the administrative platform under a management profile and reports each and every one of the activities carried out commercially speaking from his or her cell phone, including the collection processes of the funeral benefit plans month by month.
This operation has been developed since 2014 and makes Coorserpark a commercial reference in the use of Officetrack in Colombia. Today they manage a little more than 300 collaborators in the field, performing day to day commercial and collection tasks.

With the passing of time, both the software and the commercial operation itself have evolved, therefore, Coorserpark also advances and automates much more the commercial work. A few years ago they implemented from the Call Center the scheduling of collaborators, this means that they managed profiles in Officetrack for the Call Center agents and from there they added one more source of commercial visits. All this in order to maintain the leadership that characterizes them in their sector.

The reports in Officetrack, allow each manager to take actions and decisions in their team and thus maintain the daily, weekly and monthly production. The initial objectives with the software have been fulfilled from the first moment. On a daily basis, Coorserpark has the ability to make changes to the Officetrack configurations and even add new flows and/or required information captures. This happens thanks to Officecore’s permanent information transfer and training.

For each employee on the street, Officetrack is their main work and production reporting tool, which makes Coorserpark a reference in the commercial field at a national level.
